NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength bio-based nylon 56-oxide-graphene composite material comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide (GO) ethanol dispersion by adding flocculating agent to the GO water dispersion, stirring, adding absolute ethanol to dilute, centrifuging and collecting the lower layer precipitate, washing with an absolute ethanol, using the absolute ethanol and ultrasonically dispersing, (b) preparing PA56 salt-GO composite particles, (c) mixing the GO dispersion with an adipic acid ethanol solution and a pentanediamine ethanol solution, reacting to obtain PA56 salts-GO complex particles, filtering, wetting and washing, and (d) performing solid-melt polymerization reaction in a reaction kettle in a situ solid melt reactor after the dry is completed to obtain the final product. USE - Method is useful for preparing high-strength bio-based nylon 56-oxide-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the mechanical property of the bio-based PA56 material.
