▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of insulated wire including graphene coating layer involves drawing metal wires, forming a graphene coating layer on metal-wire surface by performing chemical vapor deposition at 700-1800 degrees C, coating with the insulator composition to form an insulating layer, and forming a semicircular groove on the metal wire surface between the drawing step and the coating step. The ratio of a radius of curvature (t) of the groove to a radius (r) of the metal wire is 0.038-0.067. The coating insulator composition comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 87-122 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin having a Shore D hardness of 52-70, 71-108 pts. wt. non-halogen flame retardant, 8-13 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 3.7-15.7 pts. wt. siloxane adhesion promoter (I). USE - Manufacture of insulated wire including graphene coating layer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient and economical manufacture of insulated wire including graphene coating layer having long life, improved cohesive power and workability, and excellent electroconductivity, thermal conductivity and oxidation resistance. The graphene is uniformly coated on the metal wires. The coating thickness of the graphene can be efficiently controlled.
