NOVELTY - Anti-fouling and anti-bacterial shoe upper material comprises an outer layer material, a middle layer material and an inner layer material, where the outer layer material is a polyester fiber and nylon blended fabric, the inner layer material is cotton cloth, and the middle layer material is a nano filter layer. The nano filter layer is made of 20-35 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 20-35 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 50-65 pts. wt. polyamide, 5-20 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Anti-fouling and anti-bacterial shoe upper material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-fouling and anti-bacterial shoe upper material has the effects of abrasion resistance, anti-fouling, antibacterial, and comfortable and breathable wearing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antifouling and antibacterial shoe upper material, which comprises (A) combining terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, utilizing electrospinning technology to prepare electrospinning fiber after polyamide is melted, spinning electrospun fiber into fabric through the textile technology to obtain the base material fabric; (B) mixing graphene oxide, nano titanium dioxide, silane coupling agent and water to obtain a titanium dioxide solution, where the weight ratio of nano titanium dioxide to water is 1:(2 5); (C) soaking the substrate fabric in the titanium dioxide solution for 20-30 hours, and then drying to obtain the nano-filtration layer; and (D) binding the lower surface of the polyester fiber and nylon blended fabric and connecting to the upper surface of the nano filter layer, and the lower surface of the nano filter layer is bonded and connected to the lower surface of the cotton cloth to obtain the shoe upper material.
