NOVELTY - High temperature resistant sealing ring with framework comprises framework and a flexible sealing material coated on the framework. The framework comprises 60-80 pts. wt. fluororesin, 10-20 pts. wt. raw vermiculite powder, 5-8 pts. wt. silica fume and 1-3 pts. wt. alumina powder. The flexible sealing material includes 40-50 pts. wt. amorphous fluororesin, 5-12 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene, 10-18 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomers, 3-8 pts. wt. spiral carbon nanotubes, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. talc and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. USE - Used as a high temperature resistant sealing ring with framework. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant sealing ring with framework comprising (a) blending fluororesin, raw vermiculite powder, silica fume, and alumina powder and using dry method to obtain the blended powder after completion of blending, (b) adding amorphous fluororesin, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene and polyolefin elastomers to the automatic mixer, uniformly mixing to obtain the resin material, (c) wet-granulating resin material to obtain free-flowing material, adding ingredients of spiral carbon nanotubes, talc, graphene, and vulcanizing agent to the molten resin material in sequence During the granulation process, (d) placing blended powder into the first forming mold first, performing press molding to obtain a preliminary blank and pouring part of free-flowing material into the second molding die, placing primary blank into the free-flowing material, making primary blank in the middle of the free-flowing material, pouring remaining free-flowing material and performing press molding to obtain molding blanks and (e) conveying forming blank to the vulcanizing machine for vulcanization and placing the mold core in a hot air drying box after vulcanization dry and ventilating.
