NOVELTY - Carbon material manufacturing apparatus comprises an injection unit (11) for injecting a carbon material. A plasma unit (21) configured to form plasma so that the carbon material supplied through the injection unit reacts with the plasma. A thermal decomposition unit for receiving and thermally decomposing a carbon material reacted with plasma from the plasma unit. A transfer unit (61) set downstream of the thermal decomposition unit for supplying the carbon material generated by thermal decomposition in the thermal decomposition unit to the plasma unit, where the transfer unit is configured to improve the physical properties of the carbon material, which is configured to circulate the thermal decomposition unit and the plasma unit. The carbon material is acetylene black, carbon nanotubes, highly conductive carbon black, or graphene. USE - Used as carbon material manufacturing apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material has excellent high-purity conductivity, electrical conductivity, high water absorption, and good thermal conductivity; prevents conduction and static electricity in the fields of raw materials for batteries, silicon products including power cables, and IC packaging materials. The device has good optimization, work efficiency and effect of maximizing productivity; can efficiently produce a high-purity carbon material; reduces power consumption and construction cost; minimizes size of the facility; prevents dust generation due to the additional transfer of the generated carbon material; increases the manufacturing quality of carbon materials, specific surface area and improvement of electrical conductivity.
