NOVELTY - Preparing graphene foam heat-conducting gasket comprises (i) crimping or folding the graphene foam along one side, forming a roll, and placing the roll in the mold for primary shaping, where the space between the roll layer and the layer is provided with a gap; (ii) injecting the adhesive into the mold from the bottom of the mold, filling all the gaps of the graphene foam with the adhesive, and dipping for a period of time; and (iii) heating and solidifying the soaked graphene foam. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene foam heat-conducting gasket. ADVANTAGE - The gasket reduces interface effect between sheet layers; has vertical along the thickness direction, and higher heat conducting coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene foam heat-conducting gasket, prepared by the above method.
