NOVELTY - A high-shear and wear-resistant rubber disk comprises upper grinding disk (2) and lower grinding disk (3) which are rotationally drived by driving mechanism. The upper grinding disk is fixed on the bottom of the upper mill main body (4) and wear-resistant rubber disk. The lower grinding disk is a lower mill main body (1) which is fixedly attached with wear-resistant rubber disk. USE - High-shear and wear-resistant rubber disk used for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The disk has high efficiency, effectively avoids graphite crystal cell destruction caused by structural defects in graphene reduction, and prepares high quality graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of rubber disk comprising metal machining to prepare upper and lower grinding metal bodies; preparing wear-resistant rubber, fixing on grinding bodies, molding, curing, and demolding; mounting on grinding device; and arranging with motor, speed reducer and transmission mechanism; and (2) preparation of graphene comprising weighing sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, OP-10 complex dispersant and deionized water, mixing, adding graphite flakes or expandable graphite, mixing, milling, slowly and gradually adding graphite suspension, milling for 6-30 hours, centrifugal separating at 4000-9000 revolutions/minute for 5-30 minutes, milling, drying, and testing.
