NOVELTY - Graphene interface material preparation involves mixing 0-20 wt.% graphene, 50-80 wt.% thermally conductive filler, 10-25 wt.% liquid silicone rubber, 0.2-0.5 wt.% hydrogen silicone crosslinking agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% polymerization inhibitor, 0.1-0.3 wt.% platinum catalyst and 0.5-2 wt.% coupling agent. The obtained mixture is stirred. The obtained stirred mixture is added with toluene. The obtained mixture is heated at 40-100 degrees C. The obtained mixture is stirred for 6-48 hours. The obtained mixture is added with silicone rubber and hexane. USE - Method for preparing graphene interface material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene interface material that has high heat conductivity.
