NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible high heat conducting composite phase change film comprises (SS1) melting paraffin, phase change temperature regulator and thermoplastic elastomer at 80-250 ℃, and stirring and mixing uniformly; (SS2) providing heat-conducting filler, spraying alcohol solution of coupling agent on surface under high speed stirring, then drying the heat-conducting filler at 80-150 ℃ for 1-5 hours; (SS3) adding the heat-conducting filler and antioxidant into the mixture obtained in step SS1, continuously stirring to make it mixed uniformly; and (SS4) vacuumizing and defoaming the mixture obtained in step SS3 at 100-250 ℃, and then rolling to obtain the flexible high heat-conducting composite phase-change film. USE - Preparation of flexible high heat conducting composite phase change film, which is used in the field of miniaturization and compact electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic elastomer has a flexible crosslinked network structure, which can impart good flexible performance of the phase change film, and three-dimensional network structure can bind the phase change component, prevent leakage. The method has simple technique, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for flexible high heat-conducting composite phase-change film comprising 5-20 pts. wt. paraffin, 1-20 pts. wt. phase change temperature regulator, 1-20 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 50-600 pts. wt. heat conducting filler, 0.5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 0.01-1 pts. wt. antioxidant.
