NOVELTY - A silicon-carbon negative electrode sheet comprises a conductive agent containing graphene, a polymer binder and a silicon-carbon material. The Raman spectrum of graphene has D peak and G peak. The ratio of intensity (ID) of D peak and intensity (IG) of G peak is less than 0.10. The conductivity of graphene is 500-5000 S/cm. USE - Silicon-carbon negative electrode sheet is used as negative electrode in lithium-ion battery e.g. liquid lithium-ion battery, semi-solid lithium-ion battery and all-solid lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicon-carbon negative electrode sheet effectively inhibits volume expansion, and improves capacity retention rate and cycle stability of the battery.
