NOVELTY - Photovoltaic optimizer shell which meets the following conditions comprising the value of thermal conductivity is greater than or equal to 0.8 W/m.K, the value of tensile strength is greater than or equal to 45 Mpa, the value of impact strength is greater than or equal to 5 KJ/m2, the grade of flame retardancy is greater than or equal to V-1, and the value of density is greater than or equal to 0.9g/cm3 and less than or equal to 2 g/cm3, is claimed. USE - The shell is useful in photovoltaic optimizer of a heat conducting composite material i.e. thermoplastic engineering plastic. ADVANTAGE - The shell: has excellent radiating effect, better impact resistance, falling performance, flame retardancy and lower density; improves charging power of photovoltaic optimizer; has better mechanical properties; improves the protection strength of the photovoltaic optimizer by flame retardant feature; prevents the photovoltaic optimizer from being damaged when it is impacted or prevent the photovoltaic optimizer from being burned due to temperature rise; and realizes the lightweight requirements of the photovoltaic optimizer by lower density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a photovoltaic optimizer, comprising a functional device located in the shell; a shell body made of the heat conducting composite material; and a thermoplastic engineering plastic.
