NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/polyimide composite fibers involves: adopting at least one of a room-temperature soaking alkaline solution treatment method and a plasma beam surface irradiation method to carry out hydrolytic ring-opening treatment on the polyimide to obtain a pretreated polyimide film; cleaning the polyimide film until the water is neutral, and then tanking out the polyimide film, flattening and drying; loading the graphene solution on the pretreated polyimide film by a loading method to obtain a graphene-loaded polyimide film; and twisting and hot stretching. The graphene in the graphene solution is graphene containing amino functional groups or graphene containing carboxyl functional groups. The solvent of the graphene solution is o-xylene, N-methylpyrrolidone or dimethylacetamide. USE - Preparation method of graphene/polyimide composite fibers. ADVANTAGE - The process is convenient, the graphene is uniformly dispersed and is oriented along the axial direction of the fiber. The addition amount of the graphene is large, the mechanical property is improved, and a high value-added product with special functions can be produced.
