▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat conductive masterbatch, comprises (a) dispersing expanded graphite in polyethylene (PE) solution containing perfluoroalkylethyl methacrylate (PFAMAE) monomer, and introducing solution on graphite layer to graft PFAMAE onto the PE molecular chain by ultraviolet irradiation to produce a self-lubricating graft product PE-g-PFAMAE between the expanded graphite layers to obtain PE-g-PFAMAE/expanded graphite, (b) adding PE-g-PFAMAE/expanded graphite to a meshing screw extruder for stripping and extruding, where solid lubricant between the layers promotes slippage of graphite layer and peels off to obtain graphene, and extrudes to obtain mixture of graphene-mixed mixture, and (c) mixing the graphene-mixed mixture with porous elastomer microspheres and silicone, kneading, extruding and granulating to obtain a highly-dispersed graphene heat-conductive master batch. USE - The graphene heat conductive masterbatch is useful for elastomer material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat conductive masterbatch has excellent heat-conducting property and improved graphene agglomeration problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene heat conductive masterbatch produced by the above method.
