NOVELTY - Preparation of reduction-oxidation graphene/gallium acid zinc oxide nano-granule comprises mixing suspension of graphene oxide and benzyl amine dispersion, transferring to 50 volume of PTFE substrate, stirring for 2-6 hours at room temperature, and transferring to tank with temperature of 80-120 degrees C at 1 degrees C/minute maintained for 2-12 hours; and naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifugally separating black precipitate, washing using deionized water and alcohol alternately for 2-3 times, and putting into vacuum drying box of 80 degrees C for 6 hours. USE - Method of preparation of reduction-oxidation graphene/gallium acid zinc oxide nano-granule (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of reduction-oxidation graphene/gallium acid zinc oxide nano-granule comprises in mortar, adding 10-100 pts. wt. graphene oxide sheet into graphene oxide powder, adding 10-20 pts. wt. amine, ultrasonically treating for 3 minutes at 6 degrees C until completely dispersed, and obtaining brown oxidized graphite alkene of benzyl amine; adding less than 0.1 ppm oxygen, 0.1-1% zinc acetylacetonate and 0.2-2 mm gallium acetylacetonate, taking out 10-20 pts. wt. amine, stirring for 3-12 hours, and dispersing zinc and gallium in suspending liquid at mol mass ratio of zinc and gallium of 1:2; mixing suspension of graphene oxide and benzyl amine dispersion, transferring to 50 volume of PTFE substrate, stirring for 2-6 hours at room temperature, and transferring to tank with temperature of 80-120 degrees C at 1 degrees C/minute maintained for 2-12 hours; and naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifugally separating black precipitate, washing using deionized water and alcohol alternately for 2-3 times, and putting into vacuum drying box of 80 degrees C for 6 hours to obtain reduction-oxidation graphene/gallium acid zinc oxide nano-granule.
