NOVELTY - Waterproof coiled material includes an isolation film (1) from inside to outside, a weather-resistant adhesive (2) and a weather-resistant film (3). The weather-resistant film includes 20-40 pts. wt. graphene, 8-20 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 2-8 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-8 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 5-12 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. talc, 20-40 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 1-5 pts. wt. glycerin, 5-10 pts. wt. vegetable oil, 1-5 pts. wt. oleic acid amide, and 3-10 pts. wt. butyl-based rubber. The weather-resistant glue includes 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 8-12 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 3.5-8.5 pts. wt. Fischer-Tropsch wax, 3.5-8.5 pts. wt. hydrogenated rosin, 3.5-8.5 pts. wt. C9 petroleum resin, and 10-25 pts. wt. rosin resin. USE - Waterproof coiled material for color steel roof repair. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof coiled material can make the waterproof roll material lower in cost, better weather resistance, and better waterproof performance, and the isolation film can make the use of the waterproof roll easier and more efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing isolation membrane, which involves mixing basic raw materials according to corresponding ratio at 65-85 degrees C under stirring for 5-10 hours, cooling at room temperature to prepare a mixture, coating the prepared mixture on the surface of the paper to make a wet film, soaking the wet film in a solvent for 0.2-10 hours, and then taking out the wet film for drying; and (2) a method for using waterproof coiled material for color steel roof repair, which involves cleaning up the dust and rust on the surface of the color steel that needs to be waterproof, tearing the isolation film to spread the weather-resistant adhesive on the surface of the colored steel and cut according to the length of the required waterproof membrane, and then removing the dust on the surface of waterproof membrane and color steel.
