NOVELTY - An aqueous coating comprises 1-5 pts. wt. ureidopyrimidinone (UPy), 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 10-30 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 3-15 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 5-15 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic dispersion and 50-80 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy emulsion. USE - Aqueous coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has dense network structure, improved solvent resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, improves surface hardness and stain resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the aqueous coating, which involves mixing graphene oxide, UPy, and deionized water, ultrasonically processing at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes, redispersing in high-speed disperser to obtain dispersed mixture, extracting in carbon dioxide supercritical fluid to obtain UPy surface functionalized graphene oxide powder, mixing UPy surface functionalized graphene oxide powder, wollastonite powder, ceramic powder, aqueous acrylic dispersion and aqueous epoxy emulsion in high speed dispersing machine for more than 30 minutes to obtain aqueous coating main material, mixing filler, surfactant, defoamer, leveling agent, dispersant, thickener and deionized water in high-speed dispersing machine for more than 30 minutes to obtain aqueous coating additive materials, and mixing aqueous coating main material and aqueous coating additive materials for 60 minutes.
