NOVELTY - Vanadium alloy reduction smelting reducing agent is graphene supported silicon-zinc-aluminum alloy. USE - Vanadium alloy reduction smelting reducing agent is used for smelting of ferrovanadium alloys, preferably graphene -loaded silicon-zinc-aluminum alloy (claimed), which is used in infrastructure construction of oil transportation/gas pipeline, building, bridge and rail. ADVANTAGE - The vanadium alloy reduction smelting reducing agent has simple technique, convenient operation, low cost, low obtained product impurity content, high productivity, and reduced vanadium loss. The large specific surface area of graphene provides a good place for the load of metal nano particles, and sheet structure of graphene increases the contact with reactant, which effectively improve reaction rate and efficiency, obviously reduce use amount of reducing agent, amount of slag in metal heat reducing process is significantly reduced, and reduces loss of vanadium. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using vanadium alloy reducing smelting reducing agent for smelting of ferrovanadium alloy, which involves mixing return furnace material uniformly, placing into smelting furnace for aluminum thermal reduction reaction, performing arc heating and refining, blowing aluminum powder into slag after stopping, performing arc heating refining, cooling, and turning furnace for obtaining high vanadium iron alloy product, where weight proportion of each raw material in furnace material comprises 40-45 pts. wt. vanadium trioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. of silicon-zinc-aluminum alloy supported on graphene as reducing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. vanadium pentoxide, 1-3 pts. wt. boric oxide (B2O3), 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide (TiO2).
