▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Organic/inorganic hybrid three-layer structured Janus nanosheet comprises a composite interlayer, a hydrophilic layer, and a functional layer. The composite interlayer comprises inorganic nanoparticles and a polymer. The hydrophilic layer is positioned on one side of the composite interlayer. The functional layer is located on the other side of the composite sandwich. USE - Organic/inorganic hybrid three-layer structured Janus nanosheet used as emulsifier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The Janus nanosheet has strict chemical partition, which accurately controlled, and meets various application requirements. The preparation method of the Janus nanosheet is simple in synthesis process and has high industrial application potential. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an organic/inorganic hybrid three-layer structure Janus nanoplate, which involves: (1) dissolving and dispersing oil-soluble monomers, a cross-linking agent, an oil-soluble oxidant and oil-dispersible inorganic nanoparticles in paraffin to serve as an oil phase; (2) mixing water and a surfactant to form an aqueous phase; (3) mixing and emulsifying oil and water phases to obtain emulsion, adding a water-soluble reducing agent, and carrying out interfacial redox polymerization to obtain stable particle emulsion; (4) adding hydrophilic monomers into the obtained particle emulsion for polymerization, or adding compounds with hydrophilic groups and/or hydrophilic chain segments for reaction to obtain organic/inorganic hybrid two-layer structure particle emulsion; (5) adding a monomer and an oil-soluble initiator into the obtained organic/inorganic hybrid two-layer structure particle emulsion, and polymerizing to obtain an organic/inorganic hybrid three-layer structure particle emulsion; (6) separating organic/inorganic hybrid three-layer structure particles from the obtained emulsion, and then mechanically crushing.
