NOVELTY - A thermally conductive polymer composite is prepared combining a synthetic polymer (102), graphite microparticles (106), graphene nanoparticles (108), and several aluminum flakes (104), and combining the synthetic polymer, the graphite microparticles, and graphene nanoparticles by an extrusion process. USE - Thermally conductive polymer composite used for lightweight heat sink for electronic enclosure (all claimed) and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive polymer composite has high thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the thermally conductive polymer composite, which involves feeding the synthetic polymer through a feeder (f1) into a die, mixing a mixture of graphite microparticles, graphene nanoparticles and aluminum flakes and feeding the mixture through a feeder (f2) into the die, and extruding the mixture and the synthetic polymer through the die.
