NOVELTY - An aluminum base alloy alkene is produced by mixing graphite and balance aluminum and/or aluminum alloy powder, adding an organic solvent, subjecting to an ultrasonic wave oscillator, stirring to obtain mono-dispersed graphene solution, ball-milling, drying, subjecting dried powder to vacuum degassing, homogenizing, and extruding. USE - Method of preparing an aluminum base alloy alkene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and low cost, has high production efficiency, and can be applied to large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aluminum base alloy alkene is produced by mixing 3-10 wt.% graphite and balance aluminum and/or aluminum alloy powder, adding an organic solvent, subjecting to an ultrasonic wave oscillator for greater than or equal to 2 hours, stirring to obtain mono-dispersed graphene solution, ball-milling at a speed of 300 revolutions per minute for 20-40 hours while controlling ball and material ratio of 10-15:1, drying at 50-60 degrees C, subjecting dried powder to vacuum degassing at 650-700 degrees C and vacuum pressure of 1x 10-3 Pa for 2-4 hours, homogenizing at 400-500 degrees C for 24-48 hours, and extruding at a pressure of 200-500 tons while controlling extrusion ratio at 15-20:1.
