NOVELTY - The sensor (100) has graphene material layer that is provided with base (110) formed of polymer material having polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, francium and polydimethylsiloxane, circuit pattern (120) and electrode portion (130) made of metal material. The circuit pattern formed with electrode portion is formed on the base. The sensor is provided with protective layer (140) covering the portion of the circuit pattern. USE - Sensor such as mechanical strain gage and electrical strain gage. ADVANTAGE - The sensitivity of the sensor can be improved efficiently with reduced manufacturing cost and time.
