NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material using graphene polyoxometalate dispersion liquid comprises mixing graphene oxide and water, adding hydrazine hydrate reducing agent and reacting to obtain graphene oxide stable aqueous solution; dissolving cationic surfactant in low-polarity organic solvent and dissolving polyoxometalate compound in water; stirring solutions, separating organic phase, washing, drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate and distilling; and dissolving in low-polarity organic solvent, dispersing graphene oxide stable aqueous solution, mixing, stirring and separating organic phase. USE - Method for preparing composite material using graphene polyoxometalate dispersion liquid (claimed) used for catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The composite material contains polyoxometalate having inorganic component which separates oil/water interface to form asymmetric structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of composite material using graphene polyoxometalate dispersion liquid comprises: (A) mixing graphene oxide and water to obtain solution with concentration of 0.05-0.2 mg/mL, adding 85-95 wt.% hydrazine hydrate reducing agent at weight ratio of 1-10:1 and reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 0.5-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide stable aqueous solution; (B) dissolving cationic surfactant in low-polarity organic solvent to obtain first solution with concentration of 1-5 mg/mL and dissolving polyoxometalate compound in water to obtain second solution with concentration of 1-5 mg/mL; (C) continuously stirring first solution and second solution for 1-2 hours, separating organic phase by separating funnel, washing organic phase with water for 2-5 times, drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate and distilling to remove solvent; and (D) dissolving in low-polarity organic solvent to obtain solution with concentration of 0.4-2 mg/mL, dispersing graphene oxide stable aqueous solution, mixing at weight ratio of 4-10:1, stirring for 1-3 hours and separating organic phase by separating funnel.
