▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The process involves oxidizing graphite powder by concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate to obtain graphite oxide, and the obtained graphite oxide is vacuum dried. The vacuum-dried graphite oxide is put into the grinding equipment for direct screening after grinding. The graphite oxide is ground into particles of 300 mesh or more. The graphite oxide particles obtained through screening are put into a mixing container, ionized water is added at a ratio of 300mg graphite oxide particles dispersed in 60ml ionized water, and mixed by ultrasonic vibration to obtain a colloidal suspension. The colloidal suspension is transferred to a stirred container. The sodium borohydride, and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate are added and the temperature is raised. The colloidal suspension is washed with acetone and deionized water and the filter cake is vacuum dried to obtain graphene. USE - Large-scale graphene preparation process. ADVANTAGE - The work of grinding, screening, and re-grinding is completed automatically. The working process is closely connected and does not need to be operated separately, which saves the time of manual transfer operation, improves work efficiency, and ensures the progress of the preparation of graphene.
