NOVELTY - Antibacterial graphene polyurethane composite sponge material comprises graphene, chitosan, nano-cerium, polyol, isocyanate and solvent. USE - Used as antibacterial graphene polyurethane composite sponge material. ADVANTAGE - The material is economical; has synergistic effect; improves antibacterial effect of graphene; solves the problem of agglomeration caused by multiple graphene adding amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the sponge material, comprising (1) mixing the graphene, chitosan, nano cerium, polyol and solvent and dispersing to obtain graphene polyol slurry, and (2) insulating the graphene polyol slurry and isocyanate, respectively mixing and sending into the foaming production line; (2) a sponge structure, comprising sponge structure including the antibacterial graphene polyurethane composite sponge material; and (3) a sponge mattress, comprising the antibacterial graphene polyurethane composite sponge material.
