NOVELTY - Preparation of antibacterial and bone integrated coating on substrate involves (1), soaking the substrate in an adhesive, (2), soaking in a cation material solution, (3), soaking in copper sulfide nanoparticles solution, and (4), repeating step (2) and step (3) at least five times. USE - Preparation of antibacterial and bone integrated coating on substrate for curing peri-implantitis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of antibacterial and bone integrated coating firmly bonded to the substrate and having a long-lasting effect, includes copper sulfide nanoparticles that can be activated under near-infrared light to kill bacteria, intelligently controllable and instantaneously powerful sterilization effect, can activate vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and promote the formation of blood vessels and new bone in the tissues around implants, and strengthen the stability of internal fixation.
