▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene toughened and aluminum oxide composite ceramic comprises (i) adding oxidized graphene to distilled water, an organic solvent or their mixture, and stirring to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid, (ii) adding ceramic powder aluminum oxide and a small amount of sintering auxiliary agent to the dispersion solution, stirring to get a uniform dispersion, and (iii) adding dispersion to a high-temperature reaction vessel, and carrying out solvent thermal reaction in the reaction vessel to remove water and/or organic solvent in the composite material, and then placing composite material in a mold for pressing blank, and sintering under an argon atmosphere to obtain the final product. USE - Preparation method of graphene toughened and aluminum oxide composite ceramic. Uses include but are not limited to electrode material, catalysis and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the strength and fracture toughness of aluminum oxide ceramic substrate by introducing the three-dimensional cross-linked graphene in the substrate aluminum oxide and the three dimensional graphene can greatly improve the aluminum oxide of the substrate. The method has the effect of toughening, at the same time, the 3D graphene also improves the conductivity of the ceramic substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows The invention claims an optical photo of three-dimensional graphene toughened ceramic aluminium oxide.
