NOVELTY - Thermally-conductive silica gel composition comprises thermal-conductive agent, silicone rubber and other additives. The thermal-conductive agent comprises 75-86 wt.% thermally-conductive filler, 2-13 wt.% multilayer graphene and 1-2.4 wt.% coupling agent. USE - Composition is useful as a material for the preparation of a thermally-conductive silica gel film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has high fluidity and filling quantity, and produces silica gel film with high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) thermally-conductive silica gel material, which is prepared by mixing and solidifying the all components in the composition; (2) method for producing thermally-conductive silica gel film, which involves adding coupling agent to water or anhydrous ethanol to obtain coupling agent solution, adding thermally-conductive filler and multilayer graphene to the coupling agent solution, stirring, filtering, drying to obtain thermal-conductive agent, mixing the thermal-conductive agent with silicone rubber and other additives, stirring, vacuumizing and carrying out vulcanization molding to obtain the film; and (3) the thermally-conductive silica gel film produced by the above method.
