▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reducing mechanical and electrostatic sensitivity of explosives by coating with nano-carbon material comprises (1) adding explosive particles into the interface modifier solution for mixing and stirring to obtain a first mixed solution, (2) removing the solvent in the first mixed solution to obtain the explosive particles modified by the interface, (3) adding the explosive particles modified by the interface into the suspension of the carbon nanomaterials, and ultrasonically stirring to obtain a second mixed solution, and (4) washing the second mixed solution and then filtering and drying to obtain a composite material with double-layer coating of the interface modifier and the nano-carbon material. USE - The method is useful for reducing mechanical and electrostatic sensitivity of explosives by coating with nano-carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process, uniform final material size, high product yield, good desensitization effect on explosive particles, utilizes economical raw materials, and easy realization of industrialized production.
