▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hyperbranched natural oil leather fat-liquoring agent containing graphene oxide, comprises 15-19 parts mass methanol, 1-3 parts mass sodium methoxide, 68-98 parts mass pentaerythritol, 320-410 parts mass natural oils, 60-90 parts mass polyethylene glycol-800, 5-13 parts mass graphene oxide nanosheets, 17-26 parts mass hydroxy-terminated dimethyl polysiloxane and 15-23 parts mass diethanolamine. USE - As hyperbranched natural oil leather fat-liquoring agent containing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The fat-liquoring agent has excellent permeability in the leather collagen fiber, absorption rate up to 95-98% and high retention and durability effect, does not migrate during the use of the leather, and makes leather spongy, soft and elastic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing hyperbranched natural oil leather fat-liquoring agent containing graphene oxide, involves mixing methanol, sodium methoxide and natural oils, performing alcoholysis reaction at 150-180 degrees C for 2-3 hours with constants stirring, then transesterification reaction of pentaerythritol is performed at 180-200 degrees C for 4-5 hours under nitrogen and depressurization to 100-500 Pa, then sequentially adding polyethylene glycol-800 and graphene oxide complex, hydroxyl terminated dimethylpolysiloxane and diethanolamine under the same reduced pressure conditions, then performing esterification and amidation reaction at 120-140 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then cooling content to 30-40 degrees C and adjusting pH of the product with acetic acid at 7.5-8.5 and obtaining the product; and (2) use of hyperbranched natural oil leather fat-liquoring agent containing graphene oxide, where amount of hyperbranched natural oil leather fat-liquoring agent containing graphene oxide is 8-12% of the tare weight.
