NOVELTY - Preparing a silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite antibacterial coating comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphene oxide solution with silver nitrate, stirring mixture well, adding a solution of disodium hydrogen phosphate and stirring; and (ii) dropping graphene oxide-silver phosphate composite solution onto the surface of the substrate, spin coating graphene oxide-silver phosphate evenly on the surface of the substrate and repeating for 5-12 times to obtain a silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite antibacterial coating. USE - The antibacterial coating is useful for exciting light (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method controls the size of the prepared silver phosphate by controlling the silver ion concentration and the disodium hydrogen phosphate dropping rate. The coating has excellent photodynamic performance, large specific surface area particle size will affect the strength of photodynamics, improves ability to rapidly transfer electrons, favor the distribution of silver phosphate and promotes photodynamic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite antibacterial coating comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide solution with silver nitrate, stirring mixture well so that the concentration of graphene oxide in the mixed solution is 0.0625-0.5 mg/ml and the concentration of silver nitrate is 0.0025- 0.02 mol/liter, stirring the mixture, adding a solution of disodium hydrogen phosphate and stirring for 25-40 minutes to obtain a graphene oxide-silver phosphate composite solution; and (ii) dropping graphene oxide-silver phosphate composite solution onto the surface of the substrate, spin coating graphene oxide-silver phosphate evenly on the surface of the substrate and repeating for 5-12 times to obtain a silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite antibacterial coating. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for application of the silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite antibacterial coating in light irradiation antibacterial, comprising irradiating silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite antibacterial coating with visible light of 660 nm to perform antibacterial, and the silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite, where antibacterial coating is prepared preparing the photo-excited silver phosphate-graphene oxide composite antibacterial coating as mentioned above.
