▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot/zinc oxide/carbon nitride complex visible light catalyst comprises (i) mixing a nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot dispersion, a precursor of carbon nitride with a molten salt, grinding uniformly and transferring to a crucible, (ii) placing the crucible containing the above mixture in a muffle furnace, calcining in an air atmosphere and cooling naturally to room temperature and (iii) washing the solid mixture in the crucible with hot water at 60-90 degrees C, removing the salt and drying. USE - The nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot/zinc oxide/carbon nitride complex visible light catalyst is useful for visible light catalytic hydrogen production (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high crystallinity, large specific surface area and a wider visible light response range. The method is simple and quick.
