NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified polyurethane material involves adding graphene to the absolute ethyl alcohol. The obtained mixture is added with dispersant. The obtained mixture is stirred uniformly to form suspension. The obtained suspension is transferred in the reaction kettle. The obtained mixture is ultrasonically reacted fro 2-4 hours to form hydroxylated liquid. The ethyl orthosilicate is added to hydroxylated liquid. The obtained mixture is sealed, pressurized, and then reacted for 2-4 hours to form ethyl orthosilicate solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene-modified polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-modified polyurethane material in a simple and feasible manner with high cross-linking density, high hardness and good mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-modified polyurethane material involves adding graphene to the absolute ethyl alcohol. The obtained mixture is added with dispersant. The obtained mixture is ultrasonically reacted fro 2-4 hours to form hydroxylated liquid. The ethyl orthosilicate is added to hydroxylated liquid. The obtained mixture is sealed, pressurized, and then reacted for 2-4 hours to form ethyl orthosilicate solution. The obtained ethyl orthosilicate solution is added with initiator, foaming agent and curing agent. The obtained mixture is stirred, dissolved, sealed, and then reacted for 20-40 minutes. The obtained mixture is de-pressurized and distilled for 1-3 hours to obtain graphene suspension. Polyurethane is added in a suspension, performing spaced microwave reaction 2-4 hours. The obtained mixture is kept stand for 2-4 hours at constant temperature to obtain modified polyurethane solution. The obtained modified polyurethane solution is decompressed, distilled, and then reacted in the reaction kettle for 2-3 hours. The obtained mixture is sealed, and pressurized for 20-40 minutes. The obtained mixture is fast decompressed.
