NOVELTY - Method for preparing gradient materials involves (a) laying and compacting the base powder, preheating the base powder, where the preheating temperature is lower than the melting point of the base powder, (b) taking the enhanced phase material to prepare an enhanced phase ink, and using a nozzle to ink-jet print the enhanced phase ink onto the base powder to form a single-layer inkjet powder layer, sintering and molding, and (c) repeating steps (a) and (b), stacking layer by layer, and preparing gradient material, in the process of repetition, the inkjet volume of the enhanced phase ink increases or decreases in the single-layer inkjet powder layer along the movement direction of the nozzle of the inkjet printing, or the ink jet volume of the enhanced phase ink increases or decreases layer by layer along the thickness direction of the gradient material. USE - The method used for preparing gradient material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes gradient preparation by controlling the inkjet printing volume of the enhanced phase ink, is simple, and has high preparation efficiency.
