NOVELTY - Immobilizing modified reinforced carbon-based material comprises providing deionized water, adding 10-100 (g/l deionized water) of sugar or biomass raw materials, adding 30-98% strong acid or medium strong acid as a catalyst, mixing uniformly, adding 0.1-40 (g/l deionized water) of carbon-based material, adding into reaction kettle, reacting at 100-300 degrees C for 1-10 hours, taking out, filtering, recycling the waste liquid, cleaning the modified carbon-based material with deionized water and then drying for immobilization of enzyme. USE - The method is useful for immobilizing modified reinforced carbon-based material. ADVANTAGE - The modified carbon-based material has rough surface, strong hydrophilicity, and rich active functional group content. The method: increases the oxygen-containing functional group content of the modified carbon-based material, and increases the specific surface area by 63-103%; decreases the contact angle by 15-30%; and maintains the enzyme activity by 65-80%.
