▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide carboxylated nitrile rubber microspheres composite material, is claimed. The composite material has core-shell structure, where the core layer material is nitrile rubber particles, the shell layer material is nano graphene oxide, and the mass ratio between shell layer material and core layer material is 1:2-10. USE - Used as graphene oxide carboxylated nitrile rubber microspheres composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has high sphericity, excellent regularity and uniform particle size distribution; and ensures uniform dispersion of graphene oxide in carboxylated nitrile rubber matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide carboxylated nitrile rubber microspheres composite material, comprising (i) separately dispersing nano graphene oxide and carboxylated nitrile rubber particles in absolute ethanol to obtain suspension A and suspension B, and mixing suspension A with suspension B to obtain suspension C, and (ii) subjecting suspension C to high-pressure homogenization treatment, separating and drying to obtain final product.
