▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified phosphate-positive electrode material comprises lithium iron-manganese-phosphate-carbon nanotube/reduced graphene oxide, and phosphate-based particle and carbon material inserted in the phosphate-based particle gap. The carbon material is chosen from at least one of carbon nanotube and graphene. USE - Modified phosphate-positive electrode material used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses manganese doping and carbon material modification to improve the voltage and low temperature performance of the material, and improve the conductivity of the positive electrode material for improving the charge and discharge performance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified phosphate-positive electrode material comprises lithium iron-manganese-phosphate-carbon nanotube/reduced graphene oxide of formula: LiFe1-xMnxPO4-CNT/RGO, and phosphate-based particle and carbon material inserted in the phosphate-based particle gap. The carbon material is chosen from at least one of carbon nanotube and graphene, where x is 0.05-0.20. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified phosphate-positive electrode material, which involves mixing iron source, manganese source, phosphorus source and lithium source to prepare precursor, mixing the precursor with carbon material to obtain calcined product, sintering the calcined product to obtain sintered product, crushing the sintered material, and sieving.
