NOVELTY - A heatable glass fiber fleece comprises a coating containing at least one conductive additive and at least one binder, and has weight per unit area of 250 g/m2 or more. USE - Heatable glass fiber fleece for glass fiber fleece component for heating floor, wall and/or ceiling (all claimed), pipes and tools. ADVANTAGE - The glass fiber fleece can be easily installed, and enables reliable heating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) glass fiber fleece component comprising the heatable glass fiber fleece and at least two electrically conductive contact elements arranged on the glass fiber fleece such that the fleece can be subjected to electrical voltage and/or electrical current; (2) kit for producing fiberglass nonwoven component, which comprises the heatable glass fiber fleece, at least two electrically conductive contact elements, and optionally glass fabric glue; (3) floor, wall and/or ceiling containing the heatable glass fiber fleece; and (4) method for heating floor and/or room, which involves attaching one or more heatable glass fiber fleece(s) to the floor, wall and/or ceiling, subjecting the heatable fleece to electrical voltage and/or electrical current.
