NOVELTY - Composition comprises perfluoroalkoxy polymerization solution obtained by mixing perfluoroalkoxy, isobutyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 2-ethylhexylacrylic acid, stainless steel powder, carbon powder and graphene nanoplatelet powder. USE - The composition is useful for manufacturing the leak detection sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition: increases the detection strength of the leaking solvent: simultaneously detects organic and inorganic solvents; are not damaged by chemical substances; and does not occur peeling between the sensing pattern and the sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) manufacturing a leak detection sensor, comprising (a) mixing isobutyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylic acid and methanol in a ball mill to obtain a polypolymer, (b) preparing a perfluoroalkoxy polymerization solution by mixing perfluoroalkoxy and the polypolymer, (c) adding stainless steel powder, carbon powder and graphene nanoplatelet powder into the perfluoroalkoxy polymerization solution and mixing to obtain composition, (d) grinding the composition into a paste having average particle size of less than or equal to 6 mu m, (e) screen-printing the composition in the form of paste on a polytetrafluoroethylene sheet, and (f) firing the polytetrafluoroethylene sheet printed with the composition at 320-380 degrees C; and (2) leak detection sensor.
