▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Long-lasting anti-oxidation conductive adhesive with high conductivity comprises a component (A) and a component (B) in a mass ratio of (10-15):1, where the component (A) comprises 10-20 pts. wt. polymer matrix resin, 40-80 pts. wt. conductive filler, 1-5 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 1-5 pts. wt. toughening agent and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene and the component (B) comprises 10-30 pts. wt. solvent, 50-80 pts. wt. curing agent and 5-20 pts. wt. curing accelerator. USE - As long-lasting anti-oxidation conductive adhesive with high conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The conductive adhesive has improved anti-oxidation performance and durability and adopts graphene with barrier and conductive functions in the conductive adhesive system that can prevent the metal filler from being oxidized and ensure the stability of the entire conductive adhesive system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the conductive adhesive involving (1) performing water removal treatment on the polymer matrix resin, adding the wetting and dispersing agent, the thixotropic agent, the toughening agent and graphene, grinding until the dispersion is uniform, adding the conductive filler in a step-by-step manner and continuously grinding until the dispersion is uniform to obtain the component (A), (2) uniformly mixing the solvent, the curing agent and the curing accelerator to obtain the component (B) and (3) uniformly mixing the component (A) and the component (B) to the conductive adhesive.
