▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Forming solder joint alloy, comprises (i) pre-grinding graphene and metal tin powder, stirring and mixing uniformly, and pour into the tableting mold, (ii) adding the mold filled with the mixed powder in the constant temperature heating table, and reacting at 100 degrees C for 20 minutes, (iii) quickly using a tablet pressing, and peeling to obtain tin-graphene composite sheet, (iv) heat-treating the pressed composite sheet, and (v) reflow soldering the sheet at 265 degrees C for 2 minutes. USE - The method is useful for forming solder joint alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves reliability of solder joints; produces stable joint interface by welding; and produces joint alloy with excellent drop resistance.
