NOVELTY - The preparation of transition metal doped porous graphene involves preparation of chitosan/transition metal particle composites by mixing transition metal salt solution with chitosan solution, dripping glacial acetic acid solution, stirring to form a gel, freeze drying to form chitosan foam, calcining chitosan foam in a non oxidizing atmosphere to form transition metal/graphene mixture, mixing transition metal/graphene mixture with solid phase dibasic potassium phosphate, calcining, ball milling, removing the portion of the transition metal impurities, and vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of transition metal doped porous graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale promotion of transition metal doped porous graphene, and improves the etching effect of transition metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of transition metal doped porous graphene involves preparation of chitosan/transition metal particle composites by mixing transition metal salt solution with chitosan solution, dripping glacial acetic acid solution, stirring to form a gel, freeze drying to form chitosan foam, calcining chitosan foam in a non oxidizing atmosphere to form transition metal/graphene mixture, mixing transition metal/graphene mixture with solid phase dibasic potassium phosphate, calcining in a non oxidizing atmosphere, ball milling, removing the portion of the transition metal impurities, and vacuum drying. The mass ratio of transition metal salt solution and chitosan solution is 1:5-50.
