NOVELTY - A graphene heating film comprises from bottom to top, a substrate material layer (1), a heat reflective heat insulation coating (2), a support structure layer (3), a support plate layer (4), an electrode layer (5) and a graphene layer (6) located on the top, where the electrode layer and graphene layer are located on the same layer. USE - The graphene heating film is used as a core component of graphene heating device and is used for generating far-infrared rays beneficial to human body. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation channel is conducive for rapid circulation of hot air flow and subsequent corresponding processing. The heat reflective heat insulating coating finalizes the heat-generating components to do work, and the final effective direction of heat energy application is above the graphene layer and the heat is reflected upwards to avoid a large waste of heat. The graphene heating film reduces the use cost of heating film and overcomes the defects of existing heating film.
