▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A gas sensor element has graphene between two independent conductors. The ratio of difference between resistance value (Rethanol) of the gas sensor element in air containing 8 vol.% ethanol at 25 degrees C and resistance value (Rair) of gas sensor element in air at 25 degrees C to the resistance value (Rair) of gas sensor element in air 25 degrees C, is defined as X. The ratio of difference between powder resistance (Qethanol) value of graphene in air containing 8 vol.% ethanol at 25 degrees C and powder resistance (Qair) of graphene in air at 25 degrees C to the powder resistance (Qair) of graphene in air at 25 degrees C, is defined as Y. The ratio of X and Y is 2.5 or more. USE - Gas sensor element. ADVANTAGE - The sensor element has excellent electric resistance, contact resistance value changes during gas adsorption and has capability to detect gas with high sensitivity.
