NOVELTY - Heat-dissipating powder coating comprises 10-17 pts. wt. vinyl resin, 21-26 pts. wt. weather-resistant resin, 15-25 pts. wt. composite iron-titanium powder, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 9-12 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-16 pts. wt. filler and 4-8 pts. wt. pigment. USE - Used as heat-dissipating powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipating powder coating: has improved heat dissipation function and anti-corrosion and anti-rust mechanism; improves effect of spraying on metal; has high chemical activity; is easy to combine with other media to stabilize; and has a certain affinity with iron and titanium powder due to conformity when it is constructed on the surface of steel; increases number of active sites of nano-materials; increases binding energy of the surface; increases the shielding degree of the coating by adding nano-materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of heat-dissipating powder coating comprises (i) taking vinyl grease, weather-resistant resin, graphene, curing agent, filler and pigment, adding into the vertical mixing tank equipment and stirring to make the raw materials fully mixed uniformly, (ii) adding composite iron-titanium powder, then stirring and dispersing, (iii) adding the raw materials into the twin-screw mixing extruder, then melting and extruding, (iv) cooling the melted and extruded raw materials and crushing and tableting, and (v) grinding the coating after tableting, then sieving by 250 meshes sieve and discharging to obtain final product.
