NOVELTY - The phosphating solution that is comprised of phosphoric acid, 5-15 portions of zinc oxide, 5-16 portions of nitric acid, 6-15 portions of calcium nitrate, 0.01-0.1 portions of graphene oxide, and 0.2-1 portions of isopropanol, 0.01-0.1 portions of additives, 0.5-5 portions of complex complexing agent, and the balance is water. The graphene oxide is comprised of a nano-single-layer structure. The additive is one of cerium nitrate and lanthanum nitrate in the rare earth compound. The compound complexing agent is two or more of citric acid, tartaric acid, gluconic acid, sulfosalicylic acid, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP), o-phenanthroline and phytic acid. The specific components is comprised of 30 parts of phosphoric acid, 15 portions of zinc oxide, 15 portions of nitric acid, 6 portions of calcium nitrate, 0.1 portion of graphene oxide, 1 portion of isopropanol, 0.1 portion of cerium nitrate. The complexing agent is 0.2 portion of citric acid, and 32.3 portions of water. USE - Environmentally friendly phosphating solution containing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The phosphating solution has environment-friendly raw material and there is no harmful gas released in the using process. The film forming speed is fast in the phosphorization process.
