NOVELTY - The material has a stainless steel micro-silk layer (2) provided with a photo-catalyst layer (1), a graphene layer (3) and a cellulose-based gel layer (4). The photo-catalyst layer and the graphene layer are covered with the cellulose-based gel layer. The photo-catalyst layer is made of total optical semiconductor material i.e.nanometer level titanium dioxide. Diameter of the stainless steel micro-silk layer is about 20.5 microns. Thickness of the graphene layer is about 0.5 mm. USE - Aerospace filter material. ADVANTAGE - The material is simple in structure and convenient to use and light in weight, and has high safety performance and high strength and better heat insulating performance, and reduces material deformation defects and improves harmful gas absorbing effect.
