NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-energetic material using functionalized graphene involves carrying out electrophilic addition of halogenated agent with graphene oxide to obtain halogenated graphene, grafting an energetic compound onto the graphene by a substitution reaction to obtain a functionalized graphene, and arranging nano-aluminum and nano-metal oxide on the surface of the functionalized graphene by a self-assembly method. USE - Preparation of nano-energetic material using functionalized graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the orderliness of the mixture in the nano-aluminum component and reduces the agglomeration of the nanoparticles to a specific extent in the preparation of nano-energetic material. The energetic compound grafted on the graphene contains more nitro-containing groups and other energetic groups, which have excellent effect on improving the heat release and reaction performance of nano-aluminum component.
