NOVELTY - Solid lubricating protective coating, comprises 5-7 wt.% epoxy resin, 1-2 wt.% cashew nut oil-modified phenolic resin, 0.3-0.5 wt.% octaaminated cage-type polysilsesquioxane, 0.2-0.4 wt.% graphene oxide, 13-15 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 1-2 wt.% antimony trioxide, 1-2 wt.% cerium(III) fluoride, 0.1-0.3 wt.% dibasic lead phosphite, 0.5-0.7 wt.% organic bentonite, and mixed solvent (balance amount), where the mixed solvent includes ethyl glycol ether, methyl ethyl ketone and toluene. USE - The solid lubricating protective coating is useful in lubricating fields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent adhesion property to the metal substrate; has strong impact resistance and toughness, Falex wear-resistant life of greater than or equal to 450 minutes under 4450N load, and carrying capacity of 11200 N; can protect the carbon steel test piece against the 100-hour salt spray test; has excellent aluminum corrosion resistance, medium resistance and thermal stability; and meets the index requirements specified by the US military specification MILL46010E. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing solid lubricating protective coating, comprising mixing octaaminated cage-type polysilsesquioxane and graphene oxide for covalent grafting reaction to obtain polysilsesquioxane/graphene oxide nano-modified filler, mixing epoxy resin, cashew nut oil-modified phenolic resin and first part of the mixed solvent to obtain resin system, mixing the polysilsesquioxane/graphene oxide nano-modified filler and resin system for modification to obtain modified resin system, mixing molybdenum disulfide, cerium(III) fluoride, antimony trioxide, dibasic lead phosphite and organic bentonite with second part of the mixed solvent to obtain auxiliary system, and mixing auxiliary agent system, modified resin system and remaining mixed solvent to obtain final product.
