▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon sources are injected to a substrate by vapor phase deposition method at 1000 degrees C and 2.2 Torr and reacted to grow graphene sheets on surface. The substrate is quenched to room temperature, etched and washed with deionized water. The graphene sheets are transferred to polyethylene-terephthalate transparent substrate, to obtain a transparent electrode. USE - Manufacture of transparent electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of transparent electrode having large area and excellent visible light transmittance.
