NOVELTY - Recycled high melt strength polypropylene material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 20-40 pts. wt. talc, 0.1-3 pts. wt. modifier, 0.05-2 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, and 0.2 -2 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the modifier comprising phthalate ester coupling agent, amino silane coupling agent, aluminum-titanium composite coupling agent, epoxy silane coupling agent and PP graft modifier, the antioxidant comprising 20-50 wt.% main antioxidant and 50-80 wt.% auxiliary antioxidant, the average particle diameter of the talc in the high melt strength polypropylene material is 800-5000 meshes. USE - The polypropylene material is useful in extrusion, blow molding, extrusion foaming and blow molding foaming to prepare plastic product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: increases the material viscosity by the talc; reduces the chain breaking in the circulating process; uses the nucleating agent, which refines the matrix crystal nucleus; uses modifier, which improves the dispersibility of each component; reduces the interface defect; ensures the synergistic effect of lubricant and antioxidant; improves the melt strength of the polypropylene material; avoids the melt strength in the circulating processing process. The material: has melt strength of 18-30 cN, which is kept at 48-60% of the retention rate after being extruded for three times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing recycled high melt strength polypropylene material comprising (i) mixing talc, modifier and nucleating agent at 80-100degreesC uniformly to obtain mixture A, (ii) mixing the mixture A with other components uniformly to obtain mixture B, (iii) adding the mixture B into a double-screw extruder for melting and extruding, granulating, and cooling.
